Lucy Mitchell

Lucy is an audiologist with over six years' experience providing care to regional and remote communities across Western Australia. As Ear Health Coordinator for Ear Science’s Healthy Hearing Outback Program, she leads a multidisciplinary team delivering ear health services to the Martu and Nyiyaparli people. Lucy is committed to providing culturally safe, community-led care and works closely with local stakeholders to ensure services are accessible and effective. She brings strong expertise in telehealth and cross-sector collaboration to improve patient outcomes. Lucy also contributes to research at Ear Science by translating clinical insights for research projects that aim to improve outcomes for Aboriginal communities.
