Join us on Thursday 18 and Friday 19 November 2021 for the Brisbane and Perth Chapter Conferences and Workshops!
Audiology Australia is delighted to announce the return of live in-person Chapter Conferences in Perth and Brisbane. These events offer the ever popular combination of practical workshops, where you can refine and enhance your clinical skills, and a one day lecture program to expand and update your knowledge of the wonderful science of audiology.
In addition to the Conference, you can also choose from 2 interactive and immersive pre-Conference Workshops (which can be booked individually). The Workshop day will be held on Thursday 18 November, and the Conference day will be held on Friday 19 November.
The theme for this year’s event is “Hearing Beyond the Cochlea”. Our keynote speaker is Professor Anu Sharma who will share her research on neuroplasticity in both adults and children. These concepts will be further explored by local speakers who will share ideas on strategies to manage and reduce cognitive decline in later life. Our second scientific theme will look at new trends in the management of acoustic neuromas and the importance of tinnitus as a diagnostic indicator.
Please come along, learn from our audiological leaders, and enjoy the opportunity to network with friends and colleagues. We look forward to seeing you there!
