Akshaya Ravichandran

Miss Akshaya Ravichandran is an accredited audiologist and PhD candidate at the University of Western Australia. Her PhD focuses on the role of remote microphone technology in supporting children with Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD), with a particular emphasis on understanding the barriers and facilitators to engagement and uptake in real-world settings. Akshaya’s other research interest is in digital health engagement in Audiology, and she has contributed to research literature in this field. Clinically, Akshaya works as a rehabilitative audiologist and is passionate about making a difference in lives of adults with hearing loss.
