Azadeh is the Head of Hearing Services at TSH (former Telethon Speech and Hearing), overseeing audiological services. She is driven by her vision to serve our diverse community through innovative solutions and collaboration to improve accessibility and equality in healthcare. The combination of her big-picture thinking, academic rigor, and practical and ethical innovation encapsulates her commitment to advancing integrated and sustainable service delivery at the system level.

She has over two decades of experience working in multidisciplinary teams across continents as a clinician and researcher with a focus on diagnostics and hearing implants and in management positions. Her PhD proposed a new holistic service model to improve outcome and efficiency in cochlear implantation. She was a finalist in WA Premiere’s Science Award in 2022 in recognition of her efforts to science and innovation.
