Phillip Chang is an ear specialist with a sharpened focus on complex ear and cochlear implant surgery both in children and adults. Dr Chang serves as the founder and chief surgeon of the paediatric cochlear implant program at Sydney Children’s Hospital and the national adult cochlear implant network of Hearing Implants Australia.
