Stacey Rich studied Deaf Education at the University of North Carolina and completed her Master of Clinical Audiology at the University of Melbourne in Australia in 2003. She worked as a pediatric audiologist at Australian Hearing in Moonee Ponds before joining Phonak Pediatrics first in the United States, and then at the global headquarters in Switzerland from 2014. Stacey has recently relocated back to North Carolina but continues to work as a part of Phonakâs Global Audiology team as Senior Education and Training Manager.
