Dr Gerard William is hearing impaired and an audiologist. He has worked clinically at a large chain (NSW), an independent clinic (ACT) and in a University clinic (VIC). He recently completed his PhD through the HEARing CRC at the University of Melbourne investigating the role of senior managers in implementing person-centred hearing rehabilitation. He has been involved in teaching over 200 students through clinical education and practicums and has lectured on hearing rehabilitation and business topics in audiology. He has assisted several students with their graduate employment contracts.
