Having graduated as top of her Audiology Masters degree, Kelly has always had a passion for thinking outside the square when it comes to client service. At the age of 23, she and her husband owned their own clinic from which she paved the way for dynamic business growth through amazing service.  Five years later, they sold their business to Widex and continued to work for Widex for 5 years, leading up to Kelly becoming State Manager for Bloom South Australia.  In 2012, Kelly and Pavel opened their second independent business called Hearing Sense and have grown from strength to strength in the last 7 years. Proudly an independent clinic, Kelly believes,  “You can stand out from the crowd by being passionate about what you do and treating each client the same way you would a family member. Team and culture are the keys to success.”  She has won awards for Lyric every year since 2014, including the Key Opinion Leader for Lyric (and top clinic in Australia) for twice. She has presented throughout Australia and in Switzerland and her passion for this industry is infectious.Now with 3 clinics and a team of 9, Kelly is passionate about sharing some keys to success with others.
