Bianca Liersch is the Children's Audiology Service manager at the Women's and Children's Hospital, a tertiary medical facility in South Australia. The audiology department is responsible for the state service delivery of paediatric cochlear implants, infant diagnostic assessment and newborn hearing screening.  Bianca manages a multi-disciplinary team of 20 staff, including 9 paediatric audiologists. Bianca has worked in the hospital setting for the past 16 years and has a special interest in infant diagnostic assessment.
