Dr Gerard William is a hearing impaired accredited audiologist and recent founder of Hear With Me Audiology Care. His PhD at the University of Melbourne investigated the role of senior managers in implementing person-centred hearing rehabilitation. He has been involved in teaching over 200 students through clinical education and practicums and has lectured on hearing rehabilitation and business topics in audiology. He previously worked clinically at a large chain (NSW), an independent clinic (ACT) and in a University clinic (VIC). He has assisted several students with their graduate employment contracts and is also a member of the Hearing Business Alliance.
