Check-in Policy

The individual is required to provide a pre-authorisation to guarantee the accommodation in full (if not prepaid in advance). Full payment will be required at check in.

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure an accommodation booking. No shows or cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged a one night cancellation charge to the applicable credit card.

As we are now within 30 days of the event, please contact the hotel directly for booking accommodation. This is subject to availability and the conference rate may no longer be available.
