Audiology Australia reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and/or presenters, vary prices and audience capacity without notice. However, the program is intended to run as advertised. If changes are made to the event, Audiology Australia will use its best efforts to maintain equivalent standards. Audiology Australia reserves the right to cancel this activity due to insufficient numbers – registrants will be notified if this occurs and activity value will be refunded. No compensation will be made to loss of funds for any travel or accommodation bookings should the event be cancelled.
All cancellations received on or prior to 10 October 2024 will incur a $80 administration fee. No refund will be provided if a registrant cancels after 10 October 2024 or if a registrant fails to attend an event, however an alternate name can be provided to events@audiology.asn.au to transfer the registration to at no charge until 18 October 2024.
Non-payment of registration fees will result in registration not being confirmed. All fees being expressed are GST inclusive.
Audiology Australia takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of events on the Audiology Australia website are correct at the time of online publication. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Early bird and promotional ticket offers are only available at the lower price whilst the allocation lasts and during the designated sale period. Audiology Australia reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time.
Although Audiology Australia will make reasonable efforts to ensure all registrants have the opportunity to attend all events, some events will have limited places available and are dealt with on a “first-in” basis. Failure to attend events without notifying Audiology Australia may result in restricted access to certain events in the future.
Code of Conduct
AudA events present opportunities to learn, share knowledge and network. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, AudA Staff, and all others are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct.
AudA is commited to providing a safe, productive and welcoming environment for all event participants, irrespective of gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexuality, religion, disability, socio-economic background, experience or appearance. No event participants should be subject to any form of harassment, bullying or abuse and any such behaviour will not be tolerated.
All participants must comply with the instructions of presenters, facilitators and any AudA event staff. Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services. AudA reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
AudA reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the event without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and AudA reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future event, online or in person.

Definitions
Event: includes any Audiology Australia activity for which tickets are required which may include activities, programs, talks, tours or other events.
A Delegate: is a Ticketholder or other person to whom these Terms and Conditions apply.
Ticket: means any valid ticket, e-ticket or wristband that a delegate has acquired which permits the delegate to attend an Event.
